We began as a humble veterinary clinic in Norbrook in 1990, employing 2 persons. With our commitment to quality care, we have grown to offer world-class services in Kingston and Portmre, employing over
30 persons. We later expanded and diversified into clinical and industrial laboratory services, where our experienced team is dedicated to providing ISO-17025 acceredited food safety and other testing to food manufacturing businesses and consumers throughout Jamaica. .

For us to maintain the very high standards that we believe in, we were compelled to start to import specialized medicines, instruments and laboratory equipment which were not available in Jamaica. This led to the formation of AVS Distributors which is now the largest supplier of laboratory equipment to veterinarians in Jamaica and a long-time supplier of drugs and sundries that other companies have not found commercially or logistically viable to import.
